Sizing
We advertise the size that we see on the manufacturer’s label. Please remember that each manufacturer differs in their measurements so we cannot guarantee the size will fit your child. Please contact us if you are concerned about size and we will be happy to take actual measurements for you before you make your purchase.
Shipping and delivery
We are happy to ship clothing worldwide and we offer the following shipping options;
- Local Delivery
Within the greater Victoria, BC area we are happy to deliver your
purchase to you. Deliveries are made every Saturday.
Cost – Free
- Local Pick-up
Please contact us to make pick-up arrangements.
- Canada Post to all Provinces and Territories
We ship on Mondays, Wednesdays and Saturdays.
Cost - $7.50 plus $0.50 for each extra item.
- Canada Post within United States
We ship on Mondays, Wednesdays and Saturdays.
Cost - $13.50 plus $0.50 for each extra item
- Canada Post outside North America
Please contact us with your item descriptions and we will
quote a price depending on the size of the parcel and location
of the shipment.
Please allow between 7 and 10 business days for delivery. Shipments to the United States may take even longer due to customs. We cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged goods once shipped.
Our Guarantee
In and Out Kids Clothing & Consignment offers you a 100% satisfaction guarantee. Once you have received your purchase you have 48 hours to report any problems to us. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will happily refund the purchase price of the item. All returns must be post marked no later than 14 days from date of purchase. We cannot refund shipping charges. Please contact us before returning an item. Once we have received your item we will credit you with the original form of payment minus the shipping.

All information collected by In and Out Kids Clothing & Consignment will not be sold or shared with anyone else for any reason whatsoever. All information collected is kept confidential and is used for the sole purpose of either selling or purchasing clothing through In and Out Kids Clothing & Consignment.
